Split Rim Refurbishment

Split rim wheels represent the pinnacle of wheel engineering and design. Either 2 or 3 piece, they are expensive to manufacture and therefore expensive to repair as they are very labour intensive and require specialist knowledge to split and rebuild safely. We have lost count of the number of bolts we come across that are snapped and heads simply glued back in position or cross threaded.

Safely in our hands they will be refurbished your individual requirements using the techniques found elsewhere on the website (Bare Alloy Restoration and Diamond Cut Finishing pages) and even sometimes hand polishing. As they are modular they offer countless options for personalisation from contrasting colours and finishes to colour coding pieces to the vehicle body colour.
